We will be open with modified hours Fridays through Sundays for pickup and curb side pickup. Yakima's only remaining hospital is pleading with the public to shelter in place for two weeks, except for essential activities (e.g., grocery store runs, trips to the pharmacy, etc are still OK).

Collab Coffee and Basalt Roasters have always been committed to the overall good of our community, so we will be honoring this request from our local medical experts.

We are broken-hearted to have to close our doors for service, but because it’s what we have to do, we will be creative otherwise! With that being said, we are switching gears, and taking orders for pickup, curbside and delivery service! We are trying to stay upbeat through all of this, but realize the seriousness of this and will do what it takes to take care of our team and our loyal guests by bringing the Crafted experience home to you. Dan and myself will be involved in these deliveries, meanwhile, the $5 delivery fee and any gratuity you graciously offer will 100% go to our hourly staff who’s income has been eliminated during this hopefully short-lived crisis. We are prepared to bring you the dining experience you would have at Crafted to your home and the same hospitality that we give every day. Stay tuned to learn how to get casual meals on Fridays, Crafted-style family meals on Saturdays and Sundays delivered to you, and lunch options for Monday’s!

Our local sales rep has offered to deliver to your door for the time being! We just ask that you call in to order and pay in advance. If you cannot reach someone please e-mail ali@tietonciderworks.com with your name, number and preferred order.

Delivery guidelines:

  • $30 minimum order, any combination of packaged cans and bottles.

  • Delivery within a 10mi radius of the Cidery

  • Same-day delivery if placed before 2pm

  • Delivery must be accepted by a 21+ individual showing a valid ID

Additionally, we will be open 12-6PM every day except for Tuesdays, we are closed. We will be offering to-go orders of pre-packed cans and bottles as well as merchandise and gift cards.

Hi guys, as you all know Gov Inslee has ordered all bars and restaurants to temporarily close to help stop COV 19.

We are still OPEN at normal business hours for TAKEOUT ONLY and also DELIVERY for the next 2 weeks or until further instruction.
