You must know about Huck and Bean Ice Cream. If founder and head ice cream maker, Izzy Clark's handcrafted ice cream doesn't win you over at first taste, she will with her infectious ambition and flare for naming flavors -- we especially like Maymoo and Elk Tracks. She uses local ingredients, and it is packaged to eat on the spot or take home with you. While Izzy is too young to haul her ice cream trailer, it doesn't stop her from slinging the goods at places like Bron Yr Aur Brewing Co and Gold Creek Station. We #IHYLoveList her.
